Is mediation confidential?
Yes. The mediator is bound by standards governing his or her profession and state law to maintain confidentiality of the process and issues discussed.

What about fees?
Rates will depend on the services you choose. For example, assistance with form completion is a flat rate and mediation is billed hourly. We will discuss rates pertinent to your situation during your free consultation.

How long does mediation take?
A typical session will last approximately two hours. In some cases, multiple sessions may be necessary.
